📋 Description

• Assume responsibility within the company structure as (part-)project manager in client projects • Work on projects at the interface of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalization and software development • Design strategy and transformation projects across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience • Contribute to the strategic, operational or organizational development of energy-related topics, such as hydrogen utilization, green power and flexibility marketing, new business models for decentralized energy supply, or CO2 emissions accounting • Continuous professional development on current trends and developments in the energy sector • Support marketing of the interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for joining a motivated and committed team and contributing your own ideas • Initial practical experience through internships or entry-level positions in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-independent) • A good degree in a technical, scientific, economic or information technology field • Enjoy combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, commercial judgement and implementation work • Reliability, team spirit, openness and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics forward and establishing sustainable change • Initial presentation and facilitation experience as well as MS Office skills • Very good German and English language skills • Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
