📋 Description

• Examine property documents to identify key pieces of information about the property • Validate the correctness of key information online and search for more relevant details to add when possible • Accurately and consistently add information and associated details to the property record • Manage caseloads and priorities to ensure quick turnaround and positive customer experience on time-sensitive tasks • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary • Meet metrics for the position • Perform additional tasks assigned by management • Work with product and engineering teams to improve processes for property data discovery and ingestion

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Certifications in Data Processing or similar • 1+ years of experience in administrative, data entry or customer service roles for industries such as Real Estate, Property Management, Title and Escrow or Municipal Assessing • Strong time management skills and a committed work ethic • Positive attitude and willingness to learn from and accept mistakes • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Detail-oriented • Ability to understand the priorities of different cases and manage your own workload • Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies • Quick learner, resourceful, and able to seek out appropriate points of contact to obtain necessary information • Team player • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams • Quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
