📋 Description

• Participate actively in the software development life cycle within an Agile environment • Deliver software development projects and set timelines • Contribute as an individual contributor, delivering a high level of code • Work with the latest AI and Agentic technologies • Collaborate with product management, web engineers, and data engineers to estimate, plan, and deliver production features • Maintain and document software development best practices, standards, and policies • Run functionality testing and debug code • Mentor team members • Work closely with Product Management and the US Engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience developing production software • Understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Demonstrable experience prompting and managing AI Agentic Agents to define and execute tasks • Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework and .NET Core/Standard, MVC), React, TypeScript (JavaScript), Redis, and Microsoft SQL Server • Proven experience working with US-based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English • 8-hour working day, excluding breaks • 4 core US hours overlap from 7:30pm–11:30pm IST, plus 4 flexible IST hours • Quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to adjust to new situations and escalate issues quickly for resolution • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Eagerness to learn new things
