📋 Description

• Support daily treasury operations across Porch Group and its business units. • Monitor bank account activity and identify unusual transactions, unauthorized debits, or other exceptions requiring investigation. • Assist with daily cash positioning and cash management activities. • Support domestic and international wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other payment activities. • Assist with bank account reconciliations and investigation of outstanding items. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reporting requirements. • Assist with bank account openings, closures, signer changes, and ongoing account maintenance. • Maintain banking records, account documentation, and online banking user access. • Serve as a key support resource for Porch’s India banking operations and local banking relationships. • Support administration of the company’s corporate card program, including cardholder onboarding, account maintenance, training coordination, and policy compliance. • Partner with Accounts Payable to help resolve payment exceptions and process-related issues. • Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve treasury-related inquiries. • Support treasury technology initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects. • Assist with audit requests, internal controls, and compliance activities. • Perform other treasury-related duties and special projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field • 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Accounts Payable, or related functions • Experience supporting cash management, payment processing, or banking operations • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment • Experience with NetSuite, Concur, Workday, banking platforms, or treasury systems is a plus • Experience supporting multinational organizations or international banking activities is a plus • Proven experience working with US based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
