📋 Description

• Prepare and issue contracts and learning kits • Coordinate between companies and service units/consultants regarding changes to corporate tax ID numbers, new branches, address changes, and other registration details • Request the opening of classes for hiring apprentices, add vacation periods, and issue amendments or other required documents • Guide companies, educational institutions, and young people on the apprentice attendance platform, financial access, and the use of Zendesk to submit support tickets • Open internal and external tickets to address customer requests • Hire apprentices with disabilities and open tickets for the Inclui team • Create user accounts for access to the CIEE Portal to identify contacts from educational institutions, students, and companies via WhatsApp or telephone • Register students’ bank accounts and other required information • Contact students, companies, and educational institutions to confirm information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Computer skills • Experience or knowledge in customer, student, and/or partner company service • Strong verbal communication skills • Courteous manner • Proactive and dynamic approach • Telephone customer service skills • Quick thinking and problem-solving ability • Exclusive position for a person with a disability (PwD)
