📋 Description

• Issue and prepare contracts and learning kits • Coordinate between the company and service units/consultants regarding changes to corporate tax ID numbers, new branches, address changes, and other registration details • Request the opening of classes for hiring apprentices, add vacation periods, and issue addenda or other required documents • Guide companies, educational institutions, and young people on the apprentice attendance platform, financial access, and the use of Zendesk to open support tickets • Open internal and external tickets to handle requests from internal and external customers • Hire apprentices with disabilities and open tickets for the Inclui team • Create CIEE Portal access users to identify contacts at educational institutions, students, and companies via WhatsApp or telephone • Register students’ bank accounts and other required information • Contact students, companies, and educational institutions to confirm information
