📋 Description

• Drive the integration of local payment methods enabling BRL deposits and withdrawals • Own and manage BRL on/off-ramp channels end-to-end, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability • Manage relationships, negotiations, and daily communication with Brazilian banks, payment vendors, PSPs, card processors, and other fiat partners • Lead technical integrations with local banks and payment gateways alongside engineering and product teams • Monitor end-to-end fiat on/off-ramp operations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transactions • Track Brazilian user preferences and regulatory changes to adapt the platform • Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve deposit, withdrawal, and transaction-status issues • Ensure liquidity and operational stability of BRL payment flows • Use data and metrics to optimize integrations and reduce user friction • Provide product insights based on user behavior, transaction data, and customer feedback • Support fiat operations for additional currencies such as ARS • Monitor daily processing, settlements, and reconciliation between internal systems and external partners • Coordinate card and payment infrastructure partners for Brazilian users • Maintain operational controls including limits, reconciliation routines, cut-off times, and monitoring alerts • Investigate and resolve incidents, including escalation and root cause analysis • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams • Advocate for intuitive, frictionless payment-related user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payment operations, banking, or fintech in Brazil • Demonstrated payments or banking industry experience • Strong understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem, local payment rails, and banking operations • Hands-on experience coordinating technical integrations with banks and payment providers • Ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams • Familiarity with Brazilian financial regulations, anti-money laundering practices, KYC compliance, and payment industry standards • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives and meet deadlines • Analytical thinking and proactive issue-solving approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and vendors • Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
