📋 Description

• Receive, analyze and report the status of received contracts to the responsible areas; • Verify, correct and/or report to the responsible areas issues related to taxes and duties, delivery and payment terms, technical specifications of materials and other contractual conditions; • Monitor, analyze and present a monthly report on contract status (history of occurrences, consumption, balance, areas served, supplier performance, claims); • Promptly execute necessary contractual changes, such as: update of unit price (PPU), price adjustments, balance replenishment, term amendments, value amendments and/or other necessary amendments, both in documents, reports and spreadsheets and in SAP and other systems; • Check and approve activities that require double or triple checking, such as: price adjustments, amendments and others; • Receive, analyze and control requests and claims, as well as compile history and supporting documents/evidence; carry out the necessary actions to address the request and/or claim and draft responses for validation and subsequent sending to suppliers and/or requesting areas, such as: due diligence, audits, control bodies and others; • Keep contract information and occurrence records up to date and organized; • Support contract negotiations with suppliers; • Organize, participate in, mediate and record meetings with suppliers and/or requesting areas, as well as monitor and/or execute the defined action plan; • Draft inquiries and requests to Legal, Finance, Tax, Guidance and other departments regarding contracts; • Review purchase orders that reference contracts; • Ensure contract availability; • Support activities related to contract termination, as well as the archiving of related documentation; • Establish integration actions with planning areas to feed new contracts with improvements identified during the contract management process; • Support and participate in on-site technical visits to suppliers and requesting areas, when requested; • Monitor, control and act to ensure that containers, packaging, cylinders, skids, metal boxes, reels, containers and/or other cargo or material handling equipment are delivered to the destination and returned to the supplier in a timely manner, as well as carry out the necessary operational controls, including payments to the supplier;

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience (documented in employment record or equivalent), working in procurement or related areas at medium or large companies. • Education: Higher Education. Degree: Any field, with diploma (or certificate) duly registered and issued by an institution of higher education recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and technical writing skills; • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); • SAP and its modules/derivatives (Ariba, S/4HANA, YARD, etc.); • Email systems; • Petronect Portal; • Basic knowledge of Power BI; • Statistics (able to produce and interpret measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis and charts).
