📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of business travel • Support requests for flights, hotels, changes, cancellations, and quotations • Track customer requests and ensure responses are provided within SLAs • Identify bottlenecks, failures, rework, and operational risks • Propose improvements to processes, controls, metrics, and workflows • Co-create automations and internal improvements with the Product and Technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree • At least 2 years of professional experience • Familiarity with data, KPIs, and OKRs • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with technology • Experience recording, tracking, and prioritizing requests in systems • Basic knowledge of customer service, support, Customer Success, or operations • Preferred: experience in operations, customer service, support, Customer Success, or back-office functions • Preferred: experience in tourism, business travel, travel agencies, consolidators, loyalty points, or hospitality • Preferred: experience working at startups or companies with lean organizational structures • Preferred: experience with process improvement, documentation, metrics, or automation • Preferred: familiarity with artificial intelligence tools in the workplace • Preferred: based in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding metropolitan area • Preferred: participation in junior enterprise programs
