📋 Description

• Technical Leadership and Interface: Act as the technical focal point, tracking and aligning requests with IT, Governance, and Enterprise Architecture teams. • Backend Development: Lead the development and maintenance of robust systems using Java, ensuring high scalability and performance. • Full‑stack Perspective: Perform occasional frontend (Angular) maintenance and adjustments to ensure end-to-end integration (primary focus on backend). • Cloud Architecture: Contribute to the design of secure solutions on AWS, applying best practices for resilience and cost efficiency. • Quality Guardian: Conduct critical code reviews to ensure code integrity and promote best practices (Clean Code, SOLID). • Automation and DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous deployment processes in AWS environments. • Mentoring and Problem Resolution: Work on resolving complex production incidents and support the technical development of the team. • Requirements Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into viable, secure technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior/Lead Experience: Solid background as a backend developer, with prior experience or strong aptitude for technical project leadership. • Java Specialist: Deep mastery of the Java ecosystem (Spring Boot, etc.). • Angular Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge to support the frontend when necessary. • AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM). • Communicator Profile: Ability to translate technical terms for business stakeholders and negotiate solutions with Governance and Security teams. • Databases: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB). • Modern Architectures: Proficiency in microservices, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems. • Testing Culture: Strong experience with unit and integration tests, and TDD. • Proactivity and Ownership: Ownership mindset, anticipating architectural and security issues before they reach the codebase.
