📋 Description

• Continuously analyze commercial dashboards and BI, converting data into diagnostics and actionable recommendations for executive leadership • Identify revenue growth levers and bottlenecks in the commercial funnel • Map performance gaps by comparing actuals versus targets, including root cause analysis • Analyze individual salesperson performance, including win rate, pipeline coverage, velocity, and opportunity aging • Conduct win/loss and no-sale analyses • Analyze the customer base, including NRR, churn, cross-sell/upsell, and portfolio risk • Produce periodic executive reports with narrative and recommendations • Support revenue forecasting with accuracy analyses and scenario building • Support the implementation of the Revenue Architecture methodology (Winning by Design) • Design, document, and specify end-to-end revenue cycle processes for implementation via CRM and AI/Automation • Identify and prioritize automation and AI use cases from a business perspective • Define and implement recurring revenue metrics and their data sources • Structure commercial management cadences and rituals, including forecast review, pipeline review, and QBR • Lead change management with sales teams and leadership • Define and prioritize new KPIs, guiding the Indicator Governance team

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience implementing or evolving Sales Operations / Revenue Operations structures, including processes, metrics, and cadences • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of generating business insights from data • Advanced Power BI user skills, including exploration, cross-analysis, and basic DAX • Advanced Excel, including modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields • Intermediate/advanced Spanish • Advanced English (reading) • Position exclusively for people with disabilities (PWD)
