📋 Description
• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat • Guide individuals through the enrollment journey from initial inquiry to start • Identify student goals and recommend programs aligned with their needs • Deliver a personalized, high-quality experience built on trust and follow-through throughout the student’s first term. • Participate in student development activities designed to promote student readiness, awareness, retention, and success. • Pursue excellence by meeting and exceeding various key performance indicators, including individual and team enrollment goals • Achieve individual performance goals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Maintain accurate records of all communications and student progress
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or sales) • Strong communication, relationship-building, and active listening skills • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Passion for helping others succeed and achieving their goals • Comfort with technology and learning new systems • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) • Proven success in a high-volume, customer-focused environment • Strong organizational skills and reliability • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules; multi-tasking is a must! • Comfortable sitting for long periods of time at a computer, managing high call and text volume
