📋 Description

• Build and maintain web application features across the frontend and backend, writing clean, well-documented code and implementing user interfaces to design spec • Work on REST and GraphQL API integrations and databases to support application features • Debug and resolve technical issues across the frontend and backend, and write unit and integration tests to keep releases reliable • Follow security best practices and internal development standards, including git workflow • Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups, and keep the lead updated on task status and blockers • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Meet KPIs including timely sprint-ticket completion, limited code-review revisions, zero critical production bugs, test coverage, and prompt follow-up on review comments and stand-up actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Working knowledge of at least one modern web framework, with comfort writing JavaScript/TypeScript or an equivalent language for the team's stack • Basic understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and relational databases • Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows • Strong written and verbal English skills for daily use — documentation, code comments, and communication with global teams and clients • Pacific time zone working hours are expected to follow • Comfort giving and receiving feedback in code review, and asking for help when blocked • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow technical skills quickly
