📋 Description

• Own execution, performance, and growth of the paid marketing service within the assigned book of business • Manage paid campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes • Analyze and interpret campaign performance and client-specific source-of-truth data, developing action plans • Act as the main point of contact on cross-channel digital marketing campaigns • Direct internal client teams, provide feedback, and help solve problems • Lead weekly and monthly reporting calls • Evaluate and educate clients on service expansion opportunities • Facilitate cross-channel collaboration and integration • Manage account deliverables through Slack, Asana, or deliverable trackers • Participate in department scrums and training sessions • Improve campaign performance against client goals • Maintain communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients • Help develop department training materials • Use AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in agency setting • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing • Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development • Significant campaign management experience in additional campaign types • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads direct response campaigns • Additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads are a plus • Minimum 1 year of experience speaking to cross-channel strategy and performance in an in-house or client-facing role • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Confidence with client-facing presentations and communication • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
