• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support • Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and clean pipeline hygiene at all times • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback to keep searches moving efficiently • Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines • Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience from first touch to close • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize your recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the Talent Acquisition function
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house • Hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing detail or momentum • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
