📋 Description

• Own search experience strategies and workflow for assigned clients from A-Z • Execute SEO, GEO/AEO, and content strategies and deliverables to achieve client goals • Optimize content and conduct keyword research • Assign deliverables to support resources and review returned work for quality, accuracy, and brand voice alignment • Complete monthly and quarterly reports connecting organic search efforts to client goals and KPI performance • Update internal and external tracking documents and keep deliverable status and QA notes visible in Asana/nova • Attend internal team calls and external client calls • Communicate proactively with account teams and clients • Support the search testing roadmap and document test results • Build fluency in clients’ industry verticals and tailor strategies to their growth patterns • Leverage Nova, Claude, Asana, Slack, novaPulse, and Google Drive to manage workflow and support execution • Deliver all assigned deliverables and launches on time

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required • Previous experience in an organic search role, including internship or other experience • Basic to foundational understanding of SEO and GEO, including on-page, technical, and off-page search • Ability to connect search strategies to business goals • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Profound, and Screaming Frog • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple deliverables across client accounts • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing settings • Comfort using Claude or comparable AI tools in daily workflow, or eagerness to build fluency quickly • Fast-learning, proactive, solutions-oriented, cooperative team-player approach
