📋 Description

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts • Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue • Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes • Lead proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels • Analyze campaign data and client-specific sources of truth to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Maintain client testing roadmaps and project-manage experimentation next steps • Apply advanced technical knowledge across attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, MMTs/LRAs, and channel-specific best practices • Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal teams • Lead strategic conversations around media buying, performance opportunities, and optimization plans • Escalate performance risks early • Serve as a strategic leader within department and account teams • Complete new business appraisals as needed • Coach and support junior talent through knowledge-sharing and team ceremonies • Execute recommendations from the Power Circuit solutions roadmap • Leverage AI technologies and integrate Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem tools and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and other applicable paid advertising networks • Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and optimizations • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel • Ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Confidence with client-facing presentations and communication • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, good organization, and time management skills
