📋 Description

• Build software for property management companies using Claude and Cursor • Develop and improve full-stack product features used daily by property managers • Own new features and refine them for ease of use • Handle backend integrations for email, phone calls, and WhatsApp • Import customer data including emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts • Sync with systems customers continue to use alongside the platform • Improve the agent platform with 200+ tools and a built-in knowledge base • Support customer-built and pre-built text and voice agents • Work with a TypeScript-based stack including Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • More than one year of experience shipping production code • Builder-first mindset and ability to ship quickly • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of tasks • Willingness to write almost all code with AI • Performs well under performance pressure • Quick to learn and works as a generalist • Solid backend and systems-design experience is nice to have • Experience designing databases from the ground up is nice to have • Experience optimizing query performance and cost is nice to have • Experience building production agents is nice to have • Comfort with queues and long-running workflows is nice to have
