📋 Description

• Develop autonomous inbox agents for complex ticket workflows • Determine when agents should hand off to humans and how processes should be followed • Develop agent templates for customers • Design system prompts and skills as part of Harness Engineering • Improve understanding of industry-specific inquiries from property managers • Further develop the Knowledge Base and its search functionality through tools, system prompts, and skills • Develop voice agents based on LiveKit • Select suitable LLMs for specific tasks • Reduce latency through caching and streaming • Implement error handling and retries for provider outages • Manage context efficiently and optimize RAG search • Track cross-provider usage and reduce costs • Conduct evals to assess improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • More than 2 years of experience building agents for production use • AI-native • Have shipped agentic features that real users rely on • Have strong opinions on retrieval, evals, tool design, and the limitations of today’s leading models • Primarily a builder, with a willingness to ship rough v1 versions quickly • Keep up to date with new AI models and research • Write almost all code with AI • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of tasks • Perform effectively under pressure • Quick learner with a generalist approach • The tech stack includes TypeScript, the Vercel AI SDK, and Convex Agent Component; your previous tech stack is not decisive
