📋 Description

• Develop and maintain our web application • Design and own our data layer – schema and table design, relationships and indexing, and query/load optimization that holds up as the system grows • Design queues, background jobs and long-running workflows that stay correct and reliable under heavy load • Contribute to architecture decisions, the direction of our stack, and the overall product vision • Build robust pipelines for document- & email processing and 3rd-party-integrations that handle volume spikes gracefully • Build and optimize agents for our growing template-library • Extend our RAG / knowledge base system (embeddings, semantic search, reranking) • Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/Cursor • Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics / computer science, OR programming experience, OR automation experience • Solid English skills for uncomplicated communication within the team • German not required • Technical understanding and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle performance pressure well • Quick comprehension and disciplined way of working • We are aware that the application-form on the next page is in German.
