📋 Description

• Develop autonomous inbox agents that respond to new ticket events • Develop agent templates and define when agents should hand off to humans • Ensure that agents adhere to business processes • Develop harness engineering for more than 100 agent tools • Design system prompts and skills that enable agents to understand property management • Improve knowledge-base learning capabilities and search • Develop LiveKit-based voice agents • Build and optimize LLM infrastructure • Select suitable models, caching, and streaming to reduce latency • Implement robust retry logic for provider outages • Manage compact context, optimize RAG search, and track usage across providers • Reduce costs and evaluate model improvements • Work with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • More than 2 years of experience building agents for production • AI-native; have shipped agentic features that real users rely on • Have strong opinions on retrieval, evals, tool design, and the limitations of today’s frontier models • Primarily a builder; prefer shipping a fast, rough v1 over months of planning • Stay up to date with new AI models and research • Write nearly all code with AI • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership • Perform particularly well under pressure • Learn quickly and consider yourself a generalist • Willing to work with the TypeScript-based stack, as well as the Vercel AI SDK and Convex Agent Component
