📋 Description

• Develop autonomous inbox agents for complex ticket workflows • Define when agents should hand off to humans and how processes should be followed • Develop agent templates for customers • Design system prompts, skills, and tools using harness engineering • Improve knowledge-base learning capabilities and search • Develop voice agents powered by LiveKit • Select the right LLMs for specific tasks • Reduce latency through caching and streaming • Handle provider outages with robust retry mechanisms • Keep context compact and optimize RAG retrieval • Track usage across providers and reduce costs • Validate improvements with evals

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • More than 2 years of experience building agents for production use • AI-native experience delivering agentic features that real users rely on • Strong opinions and practical experience with retrieval, evals, tool design, and the limitations of today’s leading models • Strong builder mentality • Up to date on new AI models and research • Writes almost all code with AI • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership • Performs well under pressure • Fast learner with a generalist mindset • Willing to work with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Vercel AI SDK, and Convex Agent Component
