📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions, including Retail Execution, Offline Mobile App, Trade Promotion Management, and DSD/Van Sales • Define system topologies, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks aligned with Salesforce architectural best practices • Architect offline mobile synchronization strategies, optimizing local device payloads, historical data ingestion, and sync performance • Translate FMCG commercial goals and business problems into scalable technical solutions with Business Consultants • Conduct architecture reviews and evaluate code, point-and-click configuration, and out-of-the-box capabilities • Govern platform technical debt, oversee code reviews and project quality • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce Developers, System Integrators, and Technical Consultants • Design integrations between Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and ERP, warehouse management, and supply chain systems using middleware or REST/SOAP APIs • Navigate ambiguity, manage scope shifts, and drive value in high-tempo project delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Germany • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect • Proven track record leading at least 2+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or legacy CloudSense/AFS Retail Execution platforms • Deep functional domain knowledge in FMCG/CPG industry processes • Advanced expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App architecture and sync engines • Mastery of Salesforce platform security, Large Data Volumes, Apex performance tuning, and Governor Limits • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; both languages are required • Conflict management skills and ability to handle uncomfortable conversations • Good understanding of the FMCG industry and a business mindset • Understanding of the typical workday of Key Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives • Ability to articulate complex technical decisions to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-market rollout environments • Innovative mindset, adaptability, proactive approach, and continuous learning • Additional languages are considered a benefit
