📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers for UV-curable products and related processing equipment • Resolve product performance, application, and cure issues at customer facilities and remotely • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions • Provide training on product handling, application techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation • Support customers during product qualification, startup, and implementation activities • Identify opportunities for new products, technologies, and process improvements • Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements • Prepare detailed technical reports, service visit summaries, and trial evaluations • Track project progress, technical performance metrics, and customer support activities • Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred, along with at least 5 years of related experience; OR 10+ years of equivalent work experience in coatings and curing systems • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-service abilities
