• Be a subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, including: Workday Core Compensation, Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday HCM, Workday Advanced Security, Workday Reporting, Workday Calculated Fields, Workday Integrations. • Independently manage the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and compensation review processes within Workday. • Configure and improve compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, and business processes. • Design complex calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and security configurations to support compensation and Total Rewards requirements. • Partner directly with PPG's senior Total Rewards leaders to understand our needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, providing efficient, high-quality solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and understanding of compensation governance and policies.
• +7 years of Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and HCM, at an expert level. • Experience independently managing end-to-end annual compensation cycles in Workday. • 5+ years of experience configuring annual compensation processes and providing ongoing support. • Fluent in English.
