📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate and track legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendments • Review, draft and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements and other client contracts • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards • Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status • Establish, track, report and manage site contract metrics • Support maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases • Assist in designing and implementing procedures for timely contract execution • Identify process improvements and take corrective action • Collaborate with Clinical Operations study teams to align deliverables with study timelines • Perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree • Experience in a CRO/healthcare field • At least 5 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts and Site Budget negotiations • Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion • Strong organizational and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute time-sensitive matters accurately • Sound business judgment and proactive, independent work style • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration or equivalent degree • Preferred: Knowledge of setting up Contracting Plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations
