• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements • Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards • Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status • Coordinate execution of agreements • Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving • Identify process improvements and take corrective action • Perform other assigned tasks
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of contract management experience, preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting • At least 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to execute time-sensitive matters accurately • Ability to work and plan with some supervision and in a global team environment • Professionalism, punctuality, and ability to deliver on commitments • Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented interactions with customers and teammates • Sound business judgment and a proactive, independent work style • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships
