• Execute and administer PMG’s international benefit plans and programs • Conduct analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s regional benefits programs • Support benefit plan benchmarking • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness • Manage international benefit plans and administration, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management
• Bachelor's degree in a related major • At least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation • Experience working across different countries • General understanding of process, payroll and labor law differences • Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs aimed at leadership and employees • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
