📋 Description

• Develop client-focused budgets and proposals for Phase I–IV clinical trials • Map simple bid grids with manager support • Collaborate with global operational review teams on budgets and proposals responding to client RFPs • Prepare budgets, proposal text, and re-bids for global opportunities • Coordinate the full RFP preparation process and ensure accurate, timely deliverables • Review client RFP documents and identify service requirements and assumptions • Coordinate and lead RFP development meetings with sales, operational review, and finance teams • Develop project budgets using costing tool templates and Excel-based formulas • Prepare proposal text using departmental templates and reflect client needs and strategic assumptions • Coordinate with partners and third-party vendors during RFP development • Perform quality control of budget and proposal text edits • Support work orders and RFIs • Respond to client questions regarding budgets and operational strategy • Participate in client meetings as needed • Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany reporting • Participate in departmental initiatives and perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline • 3–5 years’ experience in proposal and/or contract development • Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred • Past experience in a CRO environment preferred • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and coordinate workload while meeting deadlines • Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on quality • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Sound judgment and decision-making skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Minimal travel may be required for company meetings, clients, and vendors
