📋 Description

• Support client business processes and operational activities to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables • Communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and standard operating procedures clearly • Execute predefined operational processes and suggest or implement improvements • Stay current on tools, techniques, and working models to improve process design and adoption • Translate business requirements to technology and technology capabilities to business needs • Build subject matter expertise in operational processes, data, tools, and technology • Perform quality checks and validations on deliverables and report results to the Operations Delivery Lead • Execute operational models using standard procedures, quality assurance checks, governance criteria, and documented roles and responsibilities • Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure smooth client delivery within timelines • Assist engineering with new or improved operational procedures through operational knowledge and testing • Test new and updated operational procedures for fidelity • Coordinate multiple tasks and work on multiple client tasks • Collaborate with internal PMG teams • Track unplanned internal and client tasks arising from operational projects • Conduct secondary research as needed • Investigate client questions related to operational deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields • 1–2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools such as SQL • Exposure to stored procedures is a plus • Detail orientation, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is an advantage • Experience working with people in different time zones • Experience leading delivery of analytic results to internal or external clients • Master’s degree, MBA/PGDM/Equivalent preferred • Product development, management, or operations experience preferred • US Healthcare expertise preferred
