📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage expectations of multiple project stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and customer contacts. • Support planning and execution of IT solution delivery projects. • Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams to help drive customer value and support Presidio’s business objectives. • Build, maintain, and track project schedules using established project management tools. • Identify, track, and help resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed. • Facilitate project-related meetings such as status calls, Scrum ceremonies, and working sessions. • Track project progress against milestones, timelines, and budgets. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and status reporting. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. • Support cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure consistent communication and execution. • Assist in developing project plans, including tasks, timelines, risks, and issues. • Help ensure projects align with customer expectations and Presidio delivery standards. • Contribute to a customer-first approach by supporting clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, coordination, or related roles. • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar tools is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
