• Serving as the primary point of contact for new property managers throughout their onboarding process • Driving conversions of new prospects by conducting compelling and detailed virtual product demonstrations • Assist new prospects in setting up their PriceLabs accounts and optimize their usage as per their unique revenue management strategies • Clearly and effectively communicating PriceLabs’ value proposition • Consistently meeting & exceeding performance expectations • Collaborate with the Sales ops team to update and maintain key information and history • Facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth handover of onboarded accounts
• 2-3+ years as an Account Executive, in Customer Success, or in sales/customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written) • Adept at conducting product walk-throughs over video calls and effectively communicating a product’s value and ROI • A track record of achieving defined sales performance metrics • Data-driven, analytical, and quantitative mindset • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships • Exceptionally well-organized and good with time-management skills • Experience with the short-term rental market and managing US/European clients is a plus
