📋 Description
• Advocate for PriceLabs' culture and values • Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes • Automate onboarding workflows via AI tools and HRIS integrations • Partner with leaders on people-related conflicts, decisions, and concerns • Build and maintain automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, engagement, and compliance
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years in People Operations or HRBP roles • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field • Knowledge of labour laws and employee relations across geographies • Active, practical usage of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day HR work • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
