📋 Description

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and SEO performance across multiple locations • Drive daily campaign improvements, budget allocation, and performance optimization • Develop and execute channel strategies to improve lead generation and cost efficiency • Oversee offshore contractors and agency partners (SEO & PPC support) • Analyze performance data using CRM and marketing platforms to identify opportunities and gaps • Partner with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals • Ensure tracking, reporting, and attribution accuracy across all channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC / paid search experience (Google Ads required) • Strong experience with LSA and/or local service-based marketing • Background in multi-location, franchise, or home services marketing preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive measurable lead growth • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM reporting tools) • Experience working with contractors or remote teams is a plus • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
