📋 Description

• Monitor Google Shopping and Ads, Amazon, social media, and other platforms for counterfeit or copycat listings • File accurate IP and trademark takedown requests • Track every case from detection through resolution • Follow up on unresolved complaints and escalate complex cases • Maintain clear, accurate reports and status updates • Identify repeat offenders and common infringement patterns • Complete up to 50 valid takedown submissions per month, subject to the number of available infringements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience filing IP or trademark takedown requests • Experience monitoring Google, Amazon, social media, or other marketplaces • Strong online research, documentation, and case-tracking skills • Clear written English and reliable communication • Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently • Driven to follow up consistently until cases are resolved • Direct IP or trademark takedown experience required; candidates without it are not sought • Ability to work with reliable CET overlap
