📋 Description

• Acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base • Present new products and sales promotions • Negotiate with retail partners • Advise customers on product placement and marketing • Conduct small on-site training sessions for customers • Plan sales routes and schedule appointments • Prepare for and follow up on customer visits

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales of (natural) cosmetics and in the responsibilities listed above • Willingness to acquire knowledge of aromatherapy and natural cosmetics, or existing relevant expertise • Enthusiasm for the products and the company philosophy • Residence within the sales territory • Willingness to travel and stay overnight • Resilience, reliability, and strong organizational skills • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
