📋 Description

• Travel throughout southern Germany with the Schöffel PRO show van • Present products directly to trade businesses and at construction sites • Visit customers together with wholesale partners • Conduct on-site product presentations, fittings, and practical tests • Inspire tradespeople to choose Schöffel PRO workwear and communicate product benefits in everyday use • Independently plan and organize tours together with wholesale partners • Manage the show van as a mobile Schöffel PRO experience center • Support promotional activities related to sports sponsorships, in-house trade fairs, campaign days, and events in the skilled trades sector • Build long-term relationships with trade businesses and maintain the network • Gather market and customer feedback and share it with the company • Identify sales opportunities and support trade partners in developing their customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the skilled trades, construction, or a related field • Sales experience or excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with tradespeople as an equal • Independent, organized working style with a high degree of initiative • Willingness to travel extensively • Enthusiasm for high-quality workwear and technical product features • Category B driver’s license • Strong enthusiasm for the products • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
