📋 Description

• Oversee TikTok Shop operations, including Seller Center management • Lead TikTok Shop strategy and manage client accounts • Drive influencer affiliate recruitment and campaign execution • Manage product launches, listing optimization, coupons, and flash sales • Conduct weekly client meetings and provide proactive growth recommendations • Deliver weekly updates and reporting to clients via Slack and email • Manage and delegate tasks to a dedicated VA • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for innovative solutions • Maintain clear communication and task tracking through Asana, Slack, and other platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in an agency, eCommerce, social media, or digital marketing environment • Strong account management and relationship-building skills • Experience managing campaigns, projects, or growth initiatives across multiple clients or stakeholders • Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or performance-driven campaigns is a plus • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (TikTok, Shopify, Amazon) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
