Their multidisciplinary staff deliver MEP, structural, civil, telecommunications, energy, sustainability, lighting, fire/life‑safety, power delivery, substation and distribution, project and construction management, and related consulting services for public- and private-sector clients.

📋 Description

• assist Project Managers with project delivery • submittal of project deliverables, schedules, and work plans • facilitate filing of quality assurance documents (QAD) • verify drawing/specification sets are correct • prepare transmittal information and send out to client • audit QAD compliance for assigned projects • perform AutoCAD work as required • facilitate design change review meetings • facilitate construction administration activities • communicate directly with the client and Owner regarding status and issues on behalf of the Project Manager • work closely with discipline lead engineers/architects to communicate project information

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree is required • knowledge of overall design and project delivery process • ability to coordinate lead discipline engineers/architects • knowledge of industry standard practices and loss prevention practices • working knowledge of CAD methods & procedures • proficiency in Newforma software and Microsoft Office • advanced teamwork, organization and time management skills • ability to identify and prioritize critical tasks while working independently
