📋 Description

• Support Project Managers and project teams with project coordination activities across Buildings projects • Assist in the design and implementation of training programs and support process documentation initiatives • Support project management functions including meeting coordination, schedule monitoring, milestone tracking, and report creation • Maintain project records and documentation to support efficient project delivery and compliance with project requirements • Collaborate with team members on risk investigation and analysis and assist with managing long-term risk registries

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Analysis, Project Accounting, or related project support functions • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio • Knowledge of contract requirements and process improvements • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
