📋 Description

• Further development and optimization of our internal tools and processes. • Development and integration of APIs and interfaces to external systems. • Supporting the team with technical challenges and automation. • Contributing to the development of our planned customer portal. • Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Independently executing projects in close coordination with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on mentality: You take initiative and implement pragmatic solutions quickly. • Agile mindset: You work solution-oriented and efficiently without unnecessary complexity. • Programming skills: At least 2–3 years of experience with Python/Django. • Database knowledge: Confident working with SQL, PostgreSQL and MariaDB. • Experience with automation tools: Knowledge of Make.com and Zapier. • Web development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS. • API development: Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks. • DevOps knowledge: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and ideally Kubernetes. • Cloud services: Basic experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. • Version control: Proficient with Git and Clean Code principles. • Tools: Experience with or quick ability to learn Close.io, Airtable, DailFire, Google Sheets. • Quick learner: Ability to rapidly get up to speed with new tools and systems. • Independence: Proactive working style with strong problem-solving skills. • Team player: Good communication and documentation of work results. • Language skills: Fluent in German (written and spoken).
