• Remote Spanish Bilingual Personal Vacation Planner Outbound Sales Rep • Engage customers over the phone and via email, promoting maritime leisure vacation packages. • Ensure exceptional service and build relationships with customers. • Conduct outbound calls to promote vacation packages and assist customers effectively. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, coupled with fluent English proficiency, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Proven experience in outbound sales and customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. • At least 1 year of experience in sales in the BPO/Call Center industry. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. • A natural affinity for achieving sales targets, with a record of consistent performance. • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/service tools.
