📋 Description

• Follow standards and processes that produce predictable client results • Review contractual agreements, billing terms, payment schedules, and invoicing requirements • Create and send accurate, timely invoices in accordance with contracts, accounting standards, and regulations • Invoice ancillary charges outside signed contract scope, including T&M work and hardware/software resales • Manage billing schedules and ensure timely invoicing and payment receipt • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders • Maintain billing records, including invoices, payments, billing-term changes, and schedule changes • Support financial reporting by preparing reports and analyses related to contractual billing and revenue recognition • Maintain accurate, real-time timesheets • Escalate complicated issues to senior resources or appropriate teams • Participate in team huddles, L10 meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other team meetings • Attend required training and team meetings • Assist team members and collaborate across departments to maximize client satisfaction • Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues • Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures • Provide or facilitate timely responses and guidance to client requests • Maintain documentation, processes, and standards through change management processes • Maintain in-depth knowledge of offered products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Equipment ready (laptop, headset, etc.) • Attention to detail regarding contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules • Strong numerical skills for calculations, account reconciliation, and financial data management • Familiarity with basic math and accounting principles • Analytical thinking to interpret complex contractual terms and conditions • Proficiency with billing software and systems • Familiarity with accounting software and billing platforms is advantageous • Effective communication skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Familiarity with contract terminology, billing terms, and pricing structures • Strong customer service skills • At least 3 years of recent experience in the IT industry as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role • Comfortable working EST timezone hours • Applicants must be comfortable with a 3-month contract period • Applicants must be available for Eastern Timezone night-shift hours in the Philippines
