📋 Description

• Work with the Finance Departments of major insurance-sector clients • Lead major transformation projects related to changes in accounting standards, regulations, and prudential requirements • Support clients in optimizing and improving closing and reporting processes • Provide operational support • Review internal control and risk management frameworks • Contribute to the development of more junior team members • Work on transformation, compliance, organizational, and/or process improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a business school or university • At least 4 years of experience gained within a large company or consulting firm • Excellent knowledge of the insurance sector, its business lines, and key processes (risk, finance, compliance, etc.) • Strong knowledge of national, European, and international standards and regulations with significant impact on clients (IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II, ENS, etc.) • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality planning, team supervision, and facilitation) • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team management skills • Self-motivation, commitment, efficiency, and a strong customer-service orientation • Fluency in English
