📋 Description

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications • Create documentation including user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents • Support solution design and alignment with business goals • Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation • Participate in testing and validation of solutions • Identify process improvements and recommend optimization opportunities • Support project delivery and timelines • Analyse and map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN and flowcharts • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes • Ensure process documentation is clear, standardized, and aligned with business and IT objectives • Translate process maps into functional requirements and improvement initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate processes and implement changes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with requirements gathering techniques, including workshops and interviews • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies • Good documentation skills, including user stories and BRDs • Proficiency in Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools • Strong process modelling and analysis skills, including BPMN, process flows, and swimlane diagrams • Ability to break down complex workflows into structured components • Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews • Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimization • Strong documentation and visualization skills using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools • Good understanding of business operations and how systems support processes • Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation • Experience in the aircraft or leasing industry is nice to have • Experience in the finance sector is nice to have • Experience with Adonis for BPMN or Azure DevOps for planning is nice to have
