📋 Description

• Plan and manage the execution of internal and external events to support companywide initiatives • Help drive brand awareness and deliver measurable business impact • Manage program/project goals and timelines related to key projects and deliverables • Support meeting planning and logistics to support the desired outcome of the meeting or conference • Execute and project manage proprietary events, 3rd party events and some internal events including budgeting, travel logistics, promotional plan, and coordination • Gather feedback from attendees and incorporate big ideas into future events • Manage ongoing metrics, both qualitative and quantitative to measure success of meetings/events and design deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of event marketing experience • Proven track record from within a Cloud software/service, SaaS, or IaaS company strongly preferred. • Excellent listening, oral and written communication, presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions. • Ability to present confidently and concisely to internal and external audiences, including executives. • Highly developed project management skills with outstanding attention to detail. • Ability to create and manage a budget. • Ability to operate effectively as part of large, complex virtual team.
