📋 Description

• Inventory management is in your hands — you ensure the availability of vouchers • Assortment maintenance and product lifecycle management are part of your daily responsibilities • You optimize purchasing and commission models in close coordination with the Group Head of Purchasing • You actively contribute to the further development of processes and platform features • You maintain and support existing benefit partners and act as their first point of contact • You independently screen and onboard new benefit partners

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training or a degree — ideally with a commercial/business background • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and KPIs • Your confident presence and clear communication — both internally and externally — set you apart • German skills at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level • Initial experience in category management or product management is a plus • You are decisive and proactive — you don’t wait for someone else to take the first step
