📋 Description

• Act as a senior P&C advisor to leaders • Proactively manage complex employee relations matters • Act as the primary P&C interface with the German Works Council • Lead and manage all Works Council relationships • Prepare and lead consultations and negotiations • Ensure timely information, consultation and co-determination processes • Partner with Legal and leadership to achieve compliant, pragmatic outcomes • Maintain a strong understanding of local and regional employment legislation • Propose and drive enhancements to policies, employee handbooks, and HR practices • Collaborate closely with the Legal team on employment contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR • Strong focus on Work Council Experience • Demonstrated, hands-on experience working with Works Councils • Post secondary education in Human Resources, Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline; professional HR qualification is preferred • Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organisational change management • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organisations • Experience working with HRIS platforms, with a preference for Workday
