📋 Description

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to uncover business objectives, processes, pain points, and constraints • Elicit, document, and validate epics, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria using Jira or Azure Boards and Confluence • Create process maps and data-flow diagrams using BPMN, swimlanes, and flowcharts with Visio or Lucidchart • Perform gap and impact analysis • Partner with product owners and engineering to refine the backlog • Analyze data with Excel and SQL to support evidence-based decisions • Coordinate user acceptance testing and execute targeted manual testing when needed • Validate that delivered solutions meet approved requirements • Work closely with the Senior Director of Technology, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to define solutions and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping, and requirements traceability • Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure Boards, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) • Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation • Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and build alignment across business and technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Working hours from 11:00 am–7:00 pm local time to overlap with US hours • Must answer whether located in Poland
