📋 Description

• Project management with structure: set up projects, create frameworks, manage risks • Apply agile and traditional methods where they make sense • Keep resources, budget, and timelines under control and inform the right people at the right time • Implement change practically: support integration projects (post-merger, process harmonization) • Facilitate workshops, identify resistance, and find solutions • Lead teams through change — with clear communication • Stakeholder management: executive management, leadership, operational teams — you can communicate with all levels • Management reporting, decision papers, status meetings • Work digitally: use PM tools effectively (not just deploy them) • Digitize processes where it adds value • Manage based on data rather than gut feeling

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: 2+ years in project management (experience from other industries welcome) • Methodological knowledge: agile, traditional, hybrid — you know what fits when • Stakeholder management: able to persuade, facilitate, and mediate • Tools: PM software, CRM/ERP are familiar to you • Languages: German fluent, English fluent (business/professional level) • Willingness to travel to EU sites • Nice-to-have: experience with M&A integration or change projects • Affinity for laboratory/analytics/quality management • Certifications (PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMP — not required) • More important than certificates: you genuinely want to make an impact, not just manage plans • You can work independently without needing constant guidance • You stay calm under pressure • You prefer hands-on work over purely coordinating
