• Realizar prospecção ativa de leads, utilizando ferramentas como cold calls, whatsapp, e-mail, LinkedIn, entre outros métodos; • Qualificar leads com base nos critérios de qualificação estabelecidos; • Agendar reuniões e apresentar a solução da Proesc de forma consultiva; • Gerar relatórios sobre os resultados de prospecção e melhorias contínuas; • Trabalhar de perto com o time de vendas para garantir a transição de leads qualificados; • Acompanhar as tendências de mercado para entender as necessidades dos prospects e adaptar a abordagem de vendas; • Manter um alto volume de interações e um pipeline de leads sempre atualizado.
• Experiência prévia em prospecção ativa (cold calling, e-mail marketing, LinkedIn, etc.); • Habilidade em qualificação de leads usando metodologias como GPCTBANT, SPIN Selling ou similares; • Conhecimento em CRM, preferencialmente HubSpot; • Capacidade de gerar e interpretar relatórios de performance e métricas de prospecção; • Fluência na comunicação escrita e verbal, com boas habilidades de argumentação e persuasão; • Domínio das ferramentas do Google Workspace.
